Welcome. I’m Jonathan, Photographer, island-hopper and football nerd.

Beyond pressing the shutter it’s my job to communicate your story in a way that is captivating, purposeful and rewarding.

During events I work my socks off to capture the action unfolding, while I’m equally at home herding cats in a way that’s gentle yet assertive.

I see portraits as a way of getting to know each individual in a limited time period, challenging myself to capture each person’s character in a way that reveals their inner and outer beauty. I use professional lighting and subtle post-production enhancements.

The best advert my photography is with my many long term clients who feature in the online galleries.

My accolades include and a residency as the Canal & River’s Photographer, and Arts Council Award for a project along the Thames islands and spreads in National Geographic, The Guardian as well as numerous exhibitions.
